Le code, le design, le logo, les textes et les visuels de Mana Orbit sont la propriété de Martin Stuis. Toute reproduction, distribution, modification ou adaptation, même partielle, est interdite sans accord écrit préalable, conformément au Code de la propriété intellectuelle.

Images et données des cartes : Scryfall. Prix : Cardmarket et CardTrader. Decks : EDHREC et Archidekt (liste complète dans Réglages › Mentions et sources). Les noms et marques cités appartiennent à leurs propriétaires ; Mana Orbit n'est affilié à aucun d'eux.

Les liens vers CardTrader contiennent notre code de parrainage : CardTrader reverse à Mana Orbit 1 % du prix des cartes achetées dans les 48 heures qui suivent le clic. Le prix et les conditions ne changent pas pour l'acheteur.

Contenus publiés par les utilisateurs

Les liens partagés et les decks publiés dans la communauté (Mes decks › Publier) sont choisis par leurs auteurs, sous leur pseudo. Sont interdits : pseudo, nom ou liste injurieux, haineux, sexuels ou trompeurs, publicité, usurpation de Mana Orbit. Un filtre écarte les mots les plus grossiers ; chacun peut signaler un deck (« Signaler ce deck ») ou un lien, et un deck signalé plusieurs fois est retiré. Un contenu peut aussi être retiré à tout moment, sur demande à contact@manaorbit.app.

Données personnelles

Ce que Mana Orbit collecte, pourquoi, combien de temps, et tes droits (RGPD) : voir la politique de confidentialité. Aucune donnée n'est vendue. Pour exercer tes droits : contact@manaorbit.app ; tu peux aussi saisir la CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies et stockage

Le site n'utilise ni cookie publicitaire ni mesure d'audience. Il garde sur ton appareil ta collection, tes decks et tes réglages, ainsi que ta connexion au compte (Firebase Authentication) : ce stockage est strictement nécessaire au service et n'a pas besoin de consentement.

L'application Android affiche un petit bandeau publicitaire Google AdMob, qui paie l'hébergement. Dans l'Union européenne, il est soumis à ton consentement : message au premier lancement, à revoir quand tu veux dans Réglages › Confidentialité › Choix publicitaires.

User-published content

Shared links and decks published to the community (My decks › Publish) are chosen by their authors, under their nickname. Forbidden: insulting, hateful, sexual or misleading nicknames, names or lists, advertising, impersonating Mana Orbit. A filter blocks the coarsest words; anyone can report a deck (“Report this deck”) or a link, and a deck reported several times is removed. Content may also be removed at any time on request to contact@manaorbit.app.

Personal data

What Mana Orbit collects, why, for how long, and your rights (GDPR): see the privacy policy. No data is ever sold. To exercise your rights: contact@manaorbit.app; you can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and storage

The website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. It keeps your collection, decks and settings on your device, along with your account sign-in (Firebase Authentication): this storage is strictly necessary for the service and needs no consent.

The Android app shows a small Google AdMob ad banner that pays for hosting. In the European Union it is subject to your consent: a message on first launch, which you can review at any time in Settings › Privacy › Ad choices.
